Wholesome wholefoods offers an online service for your convenience to save you both time and money. By purchasing from our website it indicates that you agree to accept our terms and conditions which are listed below.

Product & Dietary Information.

Product and dietary information contained on this website is for general advice only. It is not meant to substitute a professional’s dietary advice or treatment. Dietary classifications and ingredients vary from product to product therefore it’s always advisable to check the details on the packaging before using. This is extremely important if the recipient has any allergy or dietary restrictions.

Allergen Contamination.

Although great care is taken whilst packaging our products it is not always possible to prevent all cross contamination whether it be on our premises or the manufactures. Therefore some products may include traces of nuts, seeds, grains, wheat, egg, soya, gluten, pollen or preservatives. These substances along with many others may cause adverse reactions with some people who are very sensitive to certain allergens.

Account Details.

Please be sure that all login information is frequently updated with your current details to prevent errors and delays in processing and delivery. Any faults occurred due to incorrect details is the responsibility of you as the customer. All registration information is kept confidential by Wholesome Wholefoods. It is your responsibility to keep your user name and password confidential to prevent unauthorised use. Wholesome Wholefoods is not liable for unauthorised access to your account.

Pricing.

Although every effort is taken to ensure that our pricing is competitive and up to date, pricing is subject to change. Our site is constantly updated to reflect to current prices however discrepancies can occur. All prices quoted on our site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of the goods and services tax where applicable.

Refund and/or Cancellation and/or Alteration of order.

A refund maybe issued if a product or delivery is not up to Wholesome Wholefoods standards. A refund will be granted based on the individual case. Should you wish to cancel or alter an order it is appreciated if you contact us immediately so that we have time to assess our options and proceed accordingly. If your order has already left our premises and is in transit then it is your responsibility to return the goods within four days of receiving the package. A full refund of any unopened goods maybe granted minus any fees and charges that Wholesome Wholefoods may have incurred during the processing, packaging and sending of the order. We strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied and we will endeavour to resolve any issues that arise. Every effort will be taken to ensure that a mutual solution is reached.

Items out of stock.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused from any of our products being out of stock. Our stock levels are constantly changing and there could be unexpected delays from our suppliers therefore we cannot be held responsible for unforseen delays in your order. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to give you your options. A replacement maybe offered, a refund granted or we can make every effort to fulfil your order as soon as our stocks are replenished.

Delivery.

The delivery address provided to us must be correct and authorised to receive the goods. Wholesome Wholefoods is not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods once delivered to the address specified at the time of placing the order. We are unable to ship any packages to PO addresses therefore a street address must be given at the checkout. Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse email will be sent to let you know. All orders will be dispatched via Australia parcel post and may take 2+ days to reach their destination. Please be aware that some items purchased maybe affected by the climate or other factors once in transit. To prevent spoilage, damage or loss of goods we suggest that you try to be present at the time of delivery. We understand that this is not always possible so please be aware that most of our goods should be stored in a dry cool environment and that Wholesome Wholefoods is not responsible for damage to the goods once shipped and delivered.

Orders cannot exceed 60kg. If you have an order that may exceed 60kg please call 1300 780 609 and we will process your order over the telephone. Please note that we only ship products within Australia.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Changes to Terms and Conditions.

Wholesome Wholefoods reserves the right to alter any of the above terms and conditions as we see fit. It is your responsibility to keep up to date by frequently checking these terms so that you stay informed of any changes.
