How can I track my order?

Once your order has be processed and dispatched from us you will receive an email letting you know. Australia post's Email Track Advice will provide you with email updates about the progress of your parcel through its delivery journey. If you have any problems or believe that you should have already received your order please let us know and we can track it for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped that day and orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. The shipping times will vary depending on how far the goods need to travel. Please refer to the list below from Australia post.

  • Within Metroploitan areas of Capital Cities or within the same city or town or environs - 2 business days
  • Between a metropolitian area of a capital city and a country location. – 4 business days
  • Between country locations – 5 business days

Interstate:

  • Between Sydney / Brisbane; Sydney/ Melbourne ; Melbourne/Canberra;Melbourne/Adelaide – 2 to 3 business days
  • Between Sydney/Adelaide; Melbourne/Brisbane;Melbourne/Tasmania;Adelaide/Canberra – 3 to 4 business days
  • Between other capital cities – 5 to 6 business days.

Do you ship Internationaly?

No. Due to the sheer nature of our products we are unable to ship goods international. Sorry!

Can I pick up my order?

At this stage pick-ups are not available, however once our retail store is operational you can certainly pick up from there. If that is the case then you will need to specify pick up from store during your check out so that you are not charged freight. Refer to 'Contact Information' for details.

What is your returns policy?

I am looking for a product and I can't seem to find it? Can you get it in?

Yes. If you are searching for a particular item and you cannot find it in our store, contact us via email or phone and we will try and source it for you. We are very open to any new suggestions on what products we could stock.

How do I store my goodies?

Store all of our products in a cool dark dry environment in sealed containers and you've pretty much got it covered!

Can I purchase all the ingredients from Wholesome Wholefoods to make your yummy recipes?

Yes! The majority of the ingredients used in our recipes can certainly be purchased from us online however some recipes that may require ingredients such as eggs, milk and fresh vegetables will not be available via our online ordering system. You can however purchase some of these items from our retail store once it is operational.
