To make a purchase on our store please follow the instructions below.
From the home page click on a category to view the products within that category.
Find a product you would like to buy and click 'Add to Cart'.
A pop up window will appear that displays an image, a short description and any options the product may have. Make your selctions and click 'Add to Cart'.
Once you have added the product to your cart you can close the window or go to the checkout.
If you wish to see more detailed product information click the product image instead of the Add to Cart button. This will take you to the product details page.
The product details pages gives you a longer description about the product, customer reviews and related products.
To see the products you have added to your cart you can either click the amount next to the basket icon or click 'View Cart'.
When you click 'View Cart' you will see a list of product that you have added to your basket.
On this page, you can update the amounts and apply coupons and gift vouchers.
You can also estimate the cost of shipping to your location and apply the shipping cost to the total.
You can now see the total cost of the products and shipping combined.
When you click 'Checkout' you are promted to create an account or sign in if you already have an account. You need to create an account in order to shop online so that we know where to ship to and have your contact details should we need to speak to you about your order.
If you need to create an account complete the form details. There are six steps in total.
All payments for goods are made via our PayPal page when you confirm the order.
Our PayPal payment page looks like the image below.
If you have a PayPal account you can pay with PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can choose to pay using your credit card.
Once you payment has been accepted you can click the link to return to the Wholesome Wholefoods website or view your PayPal account. Click return to return to our website. You will see a page that says your order has been processed. Click the link ‘My Account’ to view your account and orders.
You can track your order by logging into your account on our website and click the link 'View your order history'. Here you can re-order previous orders and update your account details.
Once we have received your order and payment, we will ship your goods to you. As your order is processed we update the status of your order and notifiy you of the status update.
